Warranty Policy

At KicksCentral, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. All products purchased through kickscentral.eu are covered by the legal guarantee period as defined by European Union consumer protection laws.

1. What is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials that exist at the time of delivery or appear within the legal guarantee period. Examples of manufacturing defects include:

  • Detachment of the sole (delamination) due to faulty adhesive.

  • Broken eyelets or lace loops upon arrival.

  • Significant stitching failures under normal use conditions.

2. What is NOT Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual wearing down of the outsoles, creasing of the leather/upper, or fading of colors over time.

  • Misuse or Improper Care: Damage caused by washing shoes in a washing machine, exposure to extreme heat, or using the product for activities it was not designed for (e.g., using lifestyle sneakers for intense trail running).

  • External Impact: Scuffs, cuts, or accidental damage caused by the user.

  • Unauthorized Alterations: Any modification made to the shoes after purchase.

3. Claim Period

  • Immediate Defects: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Latent Defects: For defects that appear later, you must notify us as soon as the fault is discovered.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, please email us at info@kickscentral.eu with the following:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos of the defect and the overall condition of the shoes (including the soles).

  3. A brief description of the issue.

5. Resolution Process

Upon receiving your claim, our technical team (and in some cases the manufacturer) will inspect the photos or the physical product. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide a resolution in the following order of priority:

  1. Repair of the product (if applicable).

  2. Replacement with an identical product (subject to stock availability).

  3. Full or Partial Refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, KicksCentral will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and the delivery of the replacement. If the claim is rejected (due to misuse or normal wear), the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.
